Growth Marketing Manager

Peero is seeking a creative Growth Marketing self-starter to create and implement actionable strategies that will optimize our product’s online presence, increase traffic to the website, and grow Peero brand awareness

At Peero, you’ll…

  • Develop and execute new business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing strategies, creative strategies, and media strategies.
  •  Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including one-time sends and marketing automation.
  • Own and improve the social media presence of the company.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across all channels to drive customer acquisition and retention, with a focus on optimizing CAC and LTV.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives to meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation.
  • Perform outreach to partners and prospective partners in partnership with sales and operations team members
  •  Conduct market research and set up tests for new marketing channels and campaigns, using results to further optimize the strategy.
  • Create and source content (as needed) to drive SEO and engagement with Peero’s clients and prospects.
  • Conduct community outreach to identify ways to get the word out about our services and execute local events and promotions.
  • Set and track key performance metrics throughout all campaigns.
  • Adapt and be familiarized with the latest marketing trends.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and demonstrable previous work experience as Growth Marketing Manager or a similar position.
  • Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Advertising, and SEO.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends and make/recommend decisions accordingly
  •  Fluency in English, written and spoken
  •  Great communication, public speaking, and event-organizing skills.
  •  Skillful project management competence.
  • Experience with web design principles and administration (WordPress) is a bonus
