Product Owner

Peero is looking for an HR Technology Product Owner to join the team who’ll develop and optimize our HR technology IT solutions and drive continuous improvement to optimize people engagement and maximize team performance and provides companies with filterable network visualization data tools.

At Peero, you’ll…

  • Define HR product vision, objectives, and key results.
  • Act as technical and operational advisor for our specific area of HR technology, and implement best practices of HR process automation and digitalization.
  • Create and use customer journey maps and develop deep knowledge of the HR products.
  • Work closely with customers and sales departments to identify business requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional team (Designers, Engineers, Data analysts) to meet product features and contribute to the product vision.
  • Coordinate and execute scheduled webinars, organize, and attend conferences and other events that can benefit PEERO technology growth.
  • Act as the ambassador of PEERO technology in public and internal events, such as industry events, panel discussions, podcasts, etc., and communicate PEERO technology solutions strategy.

You’re a great fit if you…

  • Have strong industry experience as a Product Owner and/or implementation and continuous improvement with HR systems and projects, preferably in HR, IT, or consultancy.
  • Competent at product delivery – defining product roadmaps, collaborating, and coordinating the project with the involved parties.
  • Able to think strategically, look at the bigger picture, and use cross-functional knowledge to drive positive impacts on the customers’ experience.
  • Capable of working independently on assigned tasks, including planning, organizing, problem-solving, and meeting established deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to establish and maintain productive relationships/interactions up to the executive level.
  • Excellent at Latvian and English written and verbal communication skills.
