\u2013\u00a0the contact details\u00a0known to you personally.<\/p>\n By accepting these\u00a0Data\u00a0Processing\u00a0Rules, you agree that the Processor,\u00a0in order to provide you with the availability and functionality of\u00a0Peero\u00a0App,\u00a0shall be entitled, at its own discretion, to attract to the processing of your data\u00a0the employees of SQUALIO\u00a0Group companies.\u00a0It shall be the duty of the\u00a0employees of the\u00a0Processor and other attracted employees of SQUALIO\u00a0Group companies having access to personal data to process such data in accordance with\u00a0\u00a0Peero\u00a0App\u00a0Data Processing Rules,\u00a0the provisions of the Privacy Policy of the Processor\u00a0and instructions of the Processor,\u00a0only for the purposes referred to herein and to improve the service quality.<\/p>\n Only\u00a0correspondingly\u00a0appointed and\u00a0duly authorized employees of the Processor and\u00a0SQUALIO\u00a0Group companies shall have access to your\u00a0data, by means of their user ID and personal password in the relevant systems.<\/p>\n \u200b<\/p>\n \u200bPersonal data processing shall be necessary for the fulfilment of the\u00a0Agreement, where the data subject\u00a0\u00a0– the User\u00a0is the contracting party to, or for taking measures, upon request of the User, prior to the conclusion of the Agreement, as well as during the fulfilment of the Agreement.\u00a0The Controller shall assess the possible impact on the rights and freedoms of a\u00a0person and\u00a0shall ensure that\u00a0the\u00a0processing\u00a0of\u00a0personal data\u00a0does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of a person.<\/p>\n The Controller, when exercising its interests to use\u00a0Peero\u00a0App,\u00a0shall carry out personal data processing, based on the consent of the data subject, in order to:<\/p>\n The aggregated personal data shall be processed in accordance with the principles laid down in\u00a0Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereafter, the Regulation).<\/p>\n \u200b<\/p>\n \u200bCategories of data subjects,\u00a0whose personal data is processed by the Controller:<\/p>\n Categories of personal data processed by the Controller:<\/p>\n The Controller shall obtain personal data from the data subjects, by ensuring that\u00a0all formalities prescribed by laws and regulations for legitimate\u00a0obtaining of\u00a0data\u00a0are arranged for\u00a0and\u00a0the consents of data subjects for data processing in\u00a0Peero\u00a0App\u00a0in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement are received.<\/p>\n Where the Controller involves children in the use of\u00a0Peero\u00a0App,\u00a0the Controller shall be fully liable that such a child is at least 13 years of age or, if\u00a0the\u00a0child is under 13 years of age, the\u00a0consent of\u00a0parents of\u00a0the child as the data subject or his\/her lawful\u00a0custodian is received\u00a0in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation for the use of\u00a0Peero\u00a0App\u00a0and processing of data of the child in\u00a0Peero\u00a0App.\u00a0The\u00a0Controller shall make reasonable efforts to verify in such cases that consent is given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility over the child, taking into consideration available technology.<\/p>\n \u200b<\/p>\n \u200bData may be transferred to the third persons insofar, as it is necessary\u00a0for ensuring technical operation of\u00a0Peero\u00a0App\u00a0and the fulfilment\u00a0of contractual liabilities pertaining to\u00a0Peero\u00a0App. Third persons shall undertake not to disclose\u00a0and not to use data for any other purposes, as well as to observe the data processing and privacy rules\u00a0described herein and other instructions of the Controller.<\/p>\n The Controller may transfer persona data to\u00a0the following categories of personal data recipients:<\/p>\n The Processor shall receive from the Controller only such scope of personal data as is necessary for the fulfilment of a\u00a0particular task.<\/p>\n The Processor shall process personal data only according to the instructions of the Controller and shall not use them for any other purposes, as well as shall not transfer personal data to other persons without prior consent of the Controller.<\/p>\n \u200b<\/p>\n \u200bThe\u00a0Controller<\/strong>\u00a0shall store personal\u00a0data\u00a0for as long as\u00a0it is necessary, in order to:<\/p>\n The\u00a0Processor\u00a0<\/strong>shall store personal data in\u00a0Microsoft Azure\u00a0system,\u00a0in Europe, for as long as it is necessary, in order to:<\/p>\n Data transfer outside the European Union may be carried out only in coordination with the Controller.<\/p>\n \u200b<\/p>\n \u200bThe Controller and the Processor shall take due care to ensure that personal data\u00a0are secure at all times, as well as that the processing thereof is carried out in accordance with the applicable norms of law and the best practices.<\/p>\n To ensure that only persons duly authorized thereto have access to personal data, as well as to prevent unauthorized personal data processing, the Controller and the Processor shall apply various technological and organizational procedures, helping to ensure appropriate protection for the processed personal data.<\/p>\n \u200b<\/p>\n \u200bTo ensure appropriate personal data processing, a person shall have several rights\u00a0possible to\u00a0be\u00a0exercised\u00a0with respect to personal data processing.<\/p>\n Access to personal data\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n A person shall have the right to request information about the processed personal data related to a person.<\/p>\n Right\u00a0to rectification of personal data\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Where a person considers that the processed personal data\u00a0is not correct, complete or\u00a0relevant, a person shall have the right to request\u00a0updating or rectifying his\/her personal data.<\/p>\n Right to object\u00a0to\u00a0and\u00a0restrict\u00a0personal data processing\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n A person shall have the right to object to and request\u00a0the restriction\u00a0of\u00a0personal data personal data processing,\u00a0\u00a0unless the Controller is able to justify the processing by corresponding and proportionate interests based on laws and regulations, or it is impossible to exercise the rights of the person, if it requires taking disproportionately complex technical and organizational measures.<\/p>\n \u200b<\/p>\n \u200bA person shall have the right to request\u00a0erasure of his\/her personal data, if a person considers that at least one of the following grounds exists:<\/p>\n Upon receipt of objections of the person, the Controller shall assess them and shall erase personal data, unless the Controller\u00a0is able to justify the processing\u00a0by\u00a0corresponding and\u00a0proportionate\u00a0interests\u00a0based on\u00a0laws and regulations, or\u00a0it is impossible to exercise the rights of the person, if it requires\u00a0taking\u00a0disproportionately complex technical and organizational measures.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u200bShould you\u00a0wish\u00a0to exercise\u00a0your\u00a0rights or\u00a0incur\u00a0any questions or complaints with respect to personal data processing, please contact the Controller or the Processor, via the contact details specified in these Data Processing Rules.<\/p>\n The Controller and the Processor shall use information to be provided by a person, in order to review the complaint of the person and to send the answer to the person\u00a0once\u00a0the complaint\u00a0is\u00a0reviewed.<\/p>\n The Controller and the Processor shall ensure the fulfilment of the requirements of data processing and security in accordance with laws and regulations, however, in the event of objections, should the particular issue not be resolved with the Controller and the Processor, the person shall\u00a0have the right to lodge\u00a0a complaint with\u00a0the\u00a0data processing supervisory authority\u00a0\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Data State Inspectorate\u00a0(Blaumana\u00a0Street\u00a011\/13,\u00a0Riga, e-mail\u00a0address:\u00a0).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u200bWhere the Processor incurs reasonable concerns or\u00a0becomes aware of information that the Controller fails to observe the duties prescribed by these Data Processing Rules,\u00a0the Processor shall\u00a0be\u00a0entitled to\u00a0refuse further access to\u00a0Peero\u00a0App\u00a0to the Controller and the Users related thereto, by disconnecting
