How Peero Helped Foster a More Positive Work Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2024, Grindeks launched a three-month employee engagement campaign in collaboration with Peero. The aim of this initiative was to introduce employees to the power of appreciation in everyday work life, while also serving as a \u201cwarm-up phase\u201d ahead of the implementation of a new evaluation system.<\/p>\n

All employees were encouraged to participate, including both office and production staff.
