At Peero, you’ll…

  • Master the Product: Gain an in-depth understanding of our product to identify its unique features. Analyze the employee recognition market to spot trends and shape Peero’s identity, ensuring a successful product-market fit.
  • Define Customer Profiles: Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify the primary Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) that our product addresses.
  • Map Customer Journeys: Design detailed customer journey maps, identifying key steps and implementing data measurement at selected stages to support decision-making with precise numerical insights.
  • Develop Content Strategy: Create a comprehensive content strategy and messaging framework that highlights Peero’s unique selling proposition (USP) across multiple channels, including the website, social media, sales materials, and third-party marketplaces.
  • Generate Engaging Content: Work with product and sales teams to continuously produce compelling content, such as customer success stories, product feature rollouts, and business use cases.
  • Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan, propose to stakeholders, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., live events, email, webinars, blogs, social media) to generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
