Pricing is per active user, billed monthly. You only pay for the people you actually activate — there are no platform fees, setup costs, or seat minimums. Pick the tier that matches the control your team needs and scale up or down as your headcount changes.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like, straight from your workspace settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and your recognition history, values, and rewards all carry over.
Every Community workspace starts with a full one-month free trial — all Community features, no card required up front. If you decide not to continue, you simply drop back to the Family plan with nothing lost.
Absolutely. Invite your entire team during the trial so you can experience peer-to-peer recognition, challenges, and analytics at full scale. You won't be charged until the trial ends and you choose to continue on Community.
Yes. Peero is built on EU-hosted infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and GDPR-compliant data handling. Your recognition data is yours — exportable at any time and never sold.
Global adds advanced behavioural analytics, executive dashboards, API access, a dedicated success manager, and special volume discounts on top of everything in Community. It's designed for organisations of 1,000+ users that need deeper insight and tailored integration.
We accept all major credit and debit cards for self-serve plans. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice and bank transfer on agreed billing terms — just mention it when you enquire.
