The Role
As E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager, you'll own our marketplace's digital presence and buyer journey end to end — from the first click to the final purchase or lead. You'll be the voice that gets DACH businesses and CEE data vendors talking, and the hands that turn traffic into pipeline. This is a rare, once-in-a-lifetime chance to put all of your e-commerce and digital marketing know-how and ideas into the next development stage of a global AI-powered marketplace platform.
What You'll Do
- Own the Peero e-commerce marketplace end to end — from a visitor's first click to the moment they act: a call-to-action, an inbound enterprise lead, or a direct online (zero-touch) purchase.
- Select, run, and optimize digital channels — LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and similar — to drive qualified traffic to the marketplace.
- Create promotional content across formats — posts, blog articles, videos, and more — for the marketplace, its offerings, and individual data vendors.
- Generate and nurture inbound leads for enterprise-level opportunities, handing off qualified pipeline to sales.
- Serve both sides of the marketplace: DACH end-customers and channel partners, and CEE vendors with unique data talent or solutions to showcase.
What We're Expecting
- Medium-level seniority — solid entry-level experience already under your belt, ready to own a function end to end rather than a slice of one.
- Hands-on skills in digital channels and content creation across posts, blog, and video, plus comfort owning a conversion funnel.
- Experience with IT products or IT e-commerce platform marketing preferred.
- German is not mandatory but a big advantage; business-proficient English is required.
- An entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — energised to build, not just execute.
