POLISH SPEAKING SALES MANAGER

Peero is looking for an active and creative sales manager to jointly improve the understanding of the importance of data in the daily life of companies in Poland and around the globe.

You will be part of a high-growth company thriving in the rapidly evolving employee experience space and have the opportunity to shape our creative culture and lead our product development to the perspective of B2B clients

At Peero, you’ll…

  • Find, meet, and explain the benefits of Peero and its positive feedback culture to potential B2B customers.
  • Grow and expand our user base.
  • Identify and develop new customers and leads.
  • Engage in growth hacking tactics to increase the efficiency of the client discovery process
  • Serve as the contact point for the customers and internal teams.
  • Work together with marketing to carry out promotional campaigns for our customers.

You’re a great fit if you…

  • Proven previous experience working with outbound and direct sales and/or track record in driving sales projects.
  • Experience in appointing and conducting face-to-face meetings with new c-level customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Can-do mindset.
  • Excellent Polish and English language skills. Your primary working language will be Polish, but we are all about English internally.
