An assessment finds the waste; this service removes it. We implement the efficiency improvements across your Fabric estate — pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse, semantic models, refresh, capacity configuration — so your capacity does more for less. Pricing is built around the result: a fixed starting fee plus a share of the capacity cost reduction we actually achieve. If we can't reduce your cost, you don't pay the variable part — the risk sits with us, not you.
