HOW LONG IS THE RECOGNITION CAMPAIGN LASTING?
The campaign will run for [three months], from [date] to [date].
HOW DOES THE SOFTWARE APPLICATION WORK?
Each employee will receive an email inviting them to join the Peero group. Click on the link and sign up for the application by creating your password and entering it twice. Then go to the AppStore or GooglePlay store on your phone and download the mobile application PEERO APP, where you have registered with your e-mail and the newly created password.
In the mobile application, each employee will be awarded a certain number of credit points at the beginning of each month - [100 coins], which can be used for one month to send recognition to their colleagues. The number of coins in the user's account will be updated every month, but there will be no accumulation of unused coins from the previous month.
HOW MANY COINS CAN I SEND TO MY COLLEAGUE?
By sending a thank you message to your colleague, you will be able to choose between 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 coins. However, it will not be possible to send more than 25 coins in total to one colleague per month.
DO ALL 100 COINS SHOULD BE USED DURING A MONTH?
During the month, all available coins may not be used, but it should be noted that the accumulation of unused coins will not be formed next month - at the beginning of each new month, there will be [100 coins] in the user's account again.
IS THE NUMBER OF "RECOGNITIONS" LIMITED?
You can thank as many colleagues as you want as long as you have coins available. For example, you can recognize 20 people by sending 5 coins to each of them (a small thank you) or acknowledge only 4 colleagues for important work by sending 25 coins each. Feel free to choose the coin combination yourself.
CAN I SEND RECOGNITION TO THE SAME COLLEAGUE AGAIN IN ONE MONTH?
It will also be possible to resend thanks to a specific colleague, but not exceeding the total value of 25 coins per person per month.
WHEN WILL I SEE THE "RECOGNITIONS" I RECEIVED?
The recognitions sent by a colleague will appear on your mobile phone immediately after sending (if you have downloaded the mobile application and allow it to send notifications). Or by opening the web app at https://portal.peero.app/.
WILL THE MOST RECOGNIZED AND HELPFUL COLLEAGUES BE AWARDED AT THE END OF THE CAMPAIGN?
The main goal of the RECOGNITION campaign is to build trust and collaboration among colleagues by providing instant support and feedback on daily work.
